ลิ้ ง sbo Premier League champions Manchester City are likely to try to improve further in the next transfer window, but according to a new report, they might be slapped with a major transfer ban, which would stop Pep Guardiola from strengthening his squad.According to the Daily Mail, the Citizens could find themselves in trouble following an apparent breach of transfer regulations.

The Manchester club recently signed 16-year-old winger Benjamin Garre from Argentinian club Velez Sarsfield, who have lodged a formal ลิ้ ง sbo complaint about City's approach for the player.Velez have claimed that the English club contacted the player when he was just 15 years old, which is illegal and has got top European sides in trouble in the past.

He was 16 when he signed for City in 2016, but Argentine officials have accused the Premier League side of tapping him up when he was still 15, and pointed to FIFA rules that say no player can leave their home country until they are 18 unless the player's parents move countries for "non-footballing reasons".

However, City argued that, because ลิ้ ง sbo Garre holds an Italian passport, he was free to leave Argentina after his 16th birthday and were initially supported by FIFA before Velez took the case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

A verdict on the case is likely to come this week, and while other English publications have since stated that CAS is likely to rule in favour of City, the official ruling by CAS has not been made public as yet.If City lose the case, they could be hit with a two-window transfer ban that would not allow them to sign players until January 2019.
